You can easily get these traps using Toon Black Magician's effect to add one Toon Spell or Trap Card into your hand. Toon Terror on the other hand is a very good negation trap that you can use to counter any Spell, Trap, or monster effect, negating it and banishing them in the process. Toon Briefcase is a good summon negation trap that forces your opponent to shuffle their just summoned monster back into their deck.
